Catherine is honoured to be a recipient of the Crea Global Awards 2025 by Brainz Magazine. This award celebrates individuals who demonstrate creativity, innovation, adaptability in business, and meaningful contributions to sustainability and/or mental health initiatives. The list celebrates inspiring entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and change-makers. Alongside Catherine, this year's recipients include Jay Shetty, Deepak Chopra, Jenny Dinovi, Briana West and Carol Zatt.
Catherine has been an Executive Contributor with Brainz Magazine since January 2025. She has written several articles focused on female empowerment and women's health. She was thrilled to receive the Crea Global Award from Brainz in June. "This award means a huge amount to me. My mission is to guide and empower women through transformative practices and supportive communities, enabling them to discover their authentic selves and live purposefully. It is a movement that I feel strongly and passionately about, and I am working hard every day to create impact and affect change as far as I can. It isn’t always easy, but receiving the Crea Global Award 2025 means that this vital work is getting the recognition it deserves and I can only say how truly grateful I am for that."

your goals, create a plan to achieve them, and stay motivated along the way.
I am also making the case to @sadiqkhan that Manson's presence and support in London conflicts with the Mayor's Violence Against Women & Girls Strategy. Re Trump: write to your local MP, @keirstarmer and other MPs.

The Government has pledged to halve Violence Against Women and Girls by 2035 but we are yet to see any solid plans as to how this will be achieved. We are calling on the government to recognise its commitments and take a more serious approach. We are also deeply concerned by the Government's reluctance to condemn human rights violations in the US and Gaza and to challenge authoritarianism and war crimes. This lack of empathy and concern for innocent victims of genocide, racism and discrimination gives us no faith in their ability to do the right thing and stand up against oppression in the UK or elsewhere.
